Being a south campus college, RLA is situated in the high end locality of south Moti Bagh, which makes it one of the safest college for girls in all prospects. The college has a grievance cell, girl's common room, etc. facilities to ensure the needs of girls. Girl to boy ratio differs in each department, but overall there is not much difference among the two.

Ram Lal Anand College does not provide any sort of B.Tech courses. The courses available in this college of DU are B.Com B.A. B.Sc. B.J. M. C. BMS, etc.

There are no entrance exams conducted for admission in B.sc hons geology course in RLA college. The admissions take place through merit basis (cutoffs).

Yes, Ram Lal Anand College does provide B.sc hons in microbiology. The admission process is just as same as any other DU college i.e through cutoffs. The placements are not good enough though, but the staff and faculty is very talented and will make you capable enough to stand on your own feet.

There is no hostel facility available for any students in Ram Anand college.
