Hi, Gaining admission to XISS (Xavier Institute of Social Service) is neither a piece of cake nor a walk on hot coals. XISS accepts scorecards from CAT, XAT, and CMAT. The percentile requirements may be low, and you may apply; however, possessing a certain charisma, focus, and charm could make it easier for you. The RM and HRM courses are brilliant and well-recognized by the industry. The course structure is really good, and so is the faculty.
