Candidates applying for PG courses at Ravenshaw University should score at least 50% aggregate in the relevant stream (45% aggregate for SC/ST). The merit list is prepared by SAMS, Government of Odisha.

PhD applicants at Ravenshaw University should have qualified RET or  Qualify one among UGC or CSIR NET/ JRF/ GATE or INSPIRE Fellowship. The applicants aso have to perform well in the Interview in order to get selected for PhD programme.

No, direct admissions are not possible for many courses at Ravenshaw University. Ravenshaw University Cuttack admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The university accepts XAT, MAT, ATMA, CAT, Orissa SAMS, scores for admission to its various postgraduate courses.

Ravenshaw University is accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade and is UGC approved. Ravenshaw College has 25 departments. The university provides UG, PG, and PhD programmes to students. These programmes are available across the Chemistry, Economics, Computer Application, and various other streams. Yes, Ravenshaw University is considered a good university.

The Ravenshaw University Orissa SAMS Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various UG courses. According to the last round cutoff percentages for the General HS quota, the closing ranks varied between 97.83 and 77.67

Among all the courses, the most and the least competitive courses were BA in Statistics (77.67) and BA BEd in Geography (97.83), respectively.

Note: Other categories, courses, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs accordingly.
