IIT Ropar's B.Tech eligibility criteria are as follows:

Candidates must have achieved a minimum of 75% overall in class 12 (or similar) board exams. Maths, Physics, and Chemistry are mandatory subjects for the board examination.

Note: 65% for the candidates of PwD, ST/SC.
