If your CAT/XAT scores meet our minimum requirements (75%+ in all sections and 85%+ overall) then SPJIMR can accept your scores in case you register for PGDM admissions. Further, for the graduation and higher secondary scores, we don't have any specific cutoff. A decent profile is what SPJIMR looks for in a candidate. You have an excellent academic record. SPJIMR accepts a minimum CAT percentile of 85.
However, the cutoff varies each year and depends on the pool of applicants and their choice of specialization. Moreover, the institute chooses not to disclose the cutoff.

One year of gap year will not have any impact during campus placement of prestigious B-Schools after MBA. One or two years gap is always condoned by any recruiter.
