You can opt marketing in BIMHRD but for getting BIMM you will have to apply later again after admission & based on your application it will be decided later by HPC. 50-50 probability.

There are some universities that offer interdisciplinary research opportunities. The NorthCap University Gurugram Haryana offers part time Ph.D. programme and faculty there would guide you to undertake your Ph.D. selecting a topic such that your learning at Masters can be put to good use for your Ph.D. One example I can give is you could select topic like 'Motivation" in respect of sales personnel. While you are doing it on Marketing people, the topic is heavily oriented to HRM. But you should have strong reason for such interdisciplinary research.

Hi,
These days, M.Phil has given place to direct admission in Ph.D. after your Masters. So plunge into the sea of research by enrolling in for a Ph.D. The college would take an entrance exam in case you have not cleared your UGC NET. The Ph.D. would minimum take three years after your course work. The best thing is that the part time Ph.D. also holds good worth so you go ahead with a job as well pursue your Ph.D. Choose a college which would give the best resources in the form of expert guides and library.
