Yes, there is a specialisation of Marketing, but there is not any specialization of marketing and communication. If you can choose finance, HR, operation, IB, IT. I hope you get your desired answer.

It depends from where you do it. If you do it from institute like IIM Indore and NMIMS Mumbai, you may get average package of 13 Lacs to 17 Lacs per annum. If you do BBA + MBA from any non ranked institutes and tier 3 institute then you may not even get 100% placement and even if you find a placement on your own, you may expect from 180000 per annum.

First of all, it is based on your area of interest. MBA in HR and marketing has a very good scope. So, don't be confused about which to choose. It is requested that you should choose a specialization after assessing your strength and weaknesses. All the best and Thank you.

For high paid job, always marketing is good. But, the stress level for the job will be always high. Finance jobs are always secure but less paid. HR also has less salary package.

The only main thing that should be considered to opt anything for your career is your 'area of interest'. You should really think on this front because if you enjoy your work, you can do better on your work place instead of choosing any other career even with high potential. But for the question you have asked, my opinion is that, in BBA there is basically no specialisation but you can go for BBA in banking and insurance as you will get the knowledge about the banking and insurance sector that is the major part of an economy but due to digitalisation, you should also do some certificate course of IT sector I. e. HTML, DBMS, etc.

It depends on your interest. In my view, marketing has more scope in the future as compared to HR. In the former, you will get more opportunities in the business market. Not only core, you will also get some experience of the market research and market analyst, which is the future.
