If you want to pursue your higher studies in the branch of MBA abroad, try to have the GRE and other language proficiency tests. I think they are enough for you to get other higher studies abroad.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Digital marketing is a part of MBA in marketing. You will need to choose your specialisation as marketing when you opt for MBA. It is an integrated part of marketing as a specialisation.

First of all, remove this approach of choosing a specialisation in career for a girl or a boy. Both have equal opportunities & prospects, its not a gender biased selection. There are lot many specializations today but first decide about your career priorities where or which companies you are aiming for, depending on you can choose.
