Remember, every university has different admission criteria, and though some might say they require higher IELTS. They may just accept based on your profile and their protocols. And these requirements vary greatly. So, the best thing to do is to check with the universities yourself, check the websites and email them. Personally, writing to them will also show how serious you are. Boston University, Boston College-Carroll School of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston College of Management, Suffolk University etc. are some good universities you can consider in Boston.

If you are good at Communication and Marketing, then obvious choice would be MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing. Since you have percentage above 50% marks, you are eligible for any of both programs.

You can think of MBA, but not PGDM. You can opt this college with CMAT, if stable job profile is important to you. But, you have not mentioned whether which area is your cup of tea (sales, Financial sales, Core finance, HR) then decide college. You can think MBA from ITS, but not PGDM, as cost is too high and return is less, but MBA cost is not too high, and you will get similar placement interview opportunity through MBA. Be clever before investment. Marketing core profile is not available in tier II tier III college, so you have to go for sales. So, ensure that you have 2 wheeler and license.
