Candidates are selected based on the CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAH-CET score and performance in GD, Essay Writing & PI. Group Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) based on the score obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ Maharashtra MBA/ MS Common Entrance Test (MAH MBA/ MS CET).
Personal Interview:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Essay Writing and Personal Interview (PI) based on the performance in GD. Weightage will be given as follows:
CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAH-CET Score- 20%
GD- 40%
Essay Writing and PI- 30%.

Thanks for your query. My submission for your query is that kindly just don't focus the package to judge about the college. You should consider the factors like teaching pedagogy, value-added programmes, faculty and industry interface programme. On all these parameters, you will find that IMS-Ghaziabad is a good option among all these colleges. When it comes to placements, it totally depends on students quality and training imparted to them and the kind of opportunity which they get during campus placements. IMS-Ghaziabad has a wide variety of companies for placements with wonderful salary packages and profiles as well.

MBA in BITs is general. Still, you will have a chance to choose the electives you want which can determine your major and minor. Hence, it is very much possible. Thanks.

You can choose whichever field you want. You will be given time to get acquainted with all the streams and then you'll be asked to choose your field based on your preference. Although since you have the sales background, marketing makes more sense though not necessarily.
