Hi Uday, I will suggest you enroll and complete your Bachelor's degree. A BBA or B.Com or Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing if you want a career in the same field will do you good. The higher the qualification better are the prospects for you.

It all depends upon which company is recruiting as well as in which B-School. More reputed a particular B-School, better are the chances of getting a good placement. Some companies may offer a package as low as Rs 4L while some might offer more than Rs 20L.

The placement at NDIM has been consistently ranked amongst top 20 B-Schools in India for 3 years in succession by AIMA, Business Standard & Business World. As you have good quality expereince, MBA operations is a logical additional qualification for you. But if you are not happy with you career in field of Quality Management , it is a good option to change career by doing MBA Marketing. The basic objective of PGDPSM programme is to improve carrier opportunities of science graduates. This programme will help in improving the knowledge and skills of the students who are looking their carrier in the pharmaceutical industries and also those who are already doing similar type of assignments. PGDPSM diplomaholders are not eligible for registration from state pharmacy council. Diploma in pharmacy from PCI approved college is mandatory for registration from state pharmacy council. PCI did not recognize any diploma for registration purpose granted under correspondence course
