Dear,
Eligibility:
The Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate awarded not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at first attempt.
a) Must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent examination for being eligible to B.B.A.
b) Candidates passing in Mathematics/ Statistics at 10+2 or equivalent exam is compulsory for being eligible to B.B.A.

Both are good options for a better career. If you have been graduated from commerce stream, then finance is a good option. If you are from BBA or Bachelor's in a subject based on marketing, then you must go for marketing.
Marketing needs more of analytical and reasoning skills, generally people starts from sales. Some do get start in market research and brand management.

The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs 12 lakhs per annum (marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations )- Rs 8 lakhs per annum. All staffs have core knowledge & experience in their domain so there is no rank among staff.

Hi,
It depends on which stream you choose as your career, if you choose your major area of international business then the package will be really high somewhere between 8-12 LPA and for marketing you can expect fluctuations ranging from 6-10 LPA.

According to me, logistics will be a good option as you are aware about the supply chain of finishes products. You are aware of issues and hurdles between shipping and sales.
