Hi Karan,
BIMTECH core would be a better option as not only you get to learn important core subjects but also have the option to choose marketing as well and BIMTECH will offer you better placement options.

IBA, Bangalore is better among the two in terms of placements for marketing. It has good placement records as compared to IILM, Gurgaon and Asian Business School. IILM Gurgaon and Asian Business School are same in ranking. You can also compare colleges through below link.

You can opt for it. However, it also depends on the other options. GIM is a decent college.

Hi,
Decide the specialisation on the basis of the subjects you are interested in. During your FY-BMS, if you liked accounts and finance subjects then opt for finance specialisation. If you like marketing subjects opt for marketing and if you like subjects like POM, etc. then opt for HR. Also, think about what kind of job will interest you in the future. Will you like doing work related to accounts and finance? Or you would like to get into sales and marketing or handle the human resources? Think it through and then opt for it.
If possible, go through the subjects of SY-BMS and see what you like.
