Sales: It happens one time, the seller won't consider any service in that matter, but whereas marketing is more comprehensive. It ends with customer satisfaction. It involve several activities like product to brand image to after sales service to customer satisfaction at the end.
There are multiple jobs under marketing:
1. Customer services executive.
2. After sales services executive.
3. Product executive.
4. Brand executive, etc.
