Yes, it has good scope and attractive pay scale. Admission requirements are different. Which country or university have you planned to go to? Generally you must clear GRE or GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS. But requirements are different as mentioned.

Dear Pandurang, I am a student of JBIMS and I would frankly say that JBIMS Marketing is always a better choice than Symbiosis Pune. We have best in class faculty and good placements for Marketing specialization.

In my view the MBA specialization should be connected either with your graduation subjects or to the area where you have some inbuilt skills and a force within yourself to work in it. Generally speaking Finance is more opted but then if you have never dealt with finance, accounting, commerce in your earlier educational pursuits then opting for it might not stand the test of the time.

The job prospects depend on which field are you better at. If you have great marketing skills, then even if you are hired at a basic salary, you will get promoted faster and your career will grow at a quicker speed. Same for the HR skills.
So don't look at the overall job market because there is no right or wrong answer to your question. Job prospects keep changing all the time. Choose the field you are great at, and you will have no problem finding a job and getting paid well in Canada.
