1. Social entrepreneurship:
The salary offered is Rs.6 LPA to Rs.10 LPA. Mostly, the graduates select finance, marketing or HR. They are the oldest specializations across most business schools. International business is the next choice, which is followed by operations management, retail management and media management, sales and marketing, social entrepreneurship, supply chain with operations.
The new courses which are getting recognition are financial engineering and data sciences. Both are expected to offer a better job profiles in coming future.

Both the colleges are at par, but SIIB is slightly better than SIBM. SIBM - B has shown a steady increase, but still SIIB has given better placements over the years. The money and time spent over these 2 years is an important factor that needs our attention. Moreover, think where you want to work after 2 years of post-graduation.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in marketing. Marketing course is easy and can be learned with inputs of hard work + smart work. There is no such criteria that B.Com finance students can't go for marketing. There are immense opportunities after MBA-marketing.

There is no basic requirement for marketing because the techniques and tools are easy. Finance needs some basic knowledge of accounts, but it is also not very tough. You will understood both easily without any hiccups.
