Follow the below steps to get admission at Sardar Patel University BA course:
- Candidates must have a valid BA eligibility criteria, i.e., Class 12 from a recognised board.
- Eligible candidates must apply via the Gujarat Common Admission Service (GCAS), a common admission portal for graduate.
- Once the application form is submitted. The University releases the merit lists and allotment of seats.
- Candidates must download the merit lists.
- Selected candidates are required to visit the official website of SPU and pay the BA course fee to finalise the seat.

As per the Sardar Patel University official website, there are no specific marks mentioned for BCom admission. However, candidates must have at least 40-45% for admission to the BCom course. At SPU the BCom eligbility criteria requires candidates to have twelve years of school education 'conducted by the Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board or an examination of any other statutory examination of any other University or examination body recognised as equivalent.'

The merit lists are prepared on the basis of student sperformance in the last qualifying exam. However, the BCom course is offered across the affiliated colleges of SPU, which might have a different admission procedure.
