You can apply for MBA in Christ University only after you have got the results for the entrance exam. Since, you are yet to write the exams, please do apply during the second admission process which will be held in March.

It is pretty good. You have good placement opportunities, however you will have high level of competition as well due to the number of students who opt for marketing.

No, Christ does not offer specialization in Information System however you have a specialization on lean operations and system. It is offered through MBA.
