Yes, the School of Information Technology, Indira University is a constituent of Indira University Pune and offers its courses on the same campus under/ in affiliation to it.
These courses have been recognised by the UGC which recognised Indira University as well. Further SOIT and its parent Indira University was formerly known as Indira College of Commerce and Science while it was affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Yes, School of Information Technology, Indira University has been recognised by the UGC. With its parent university gaining University status and was previously affiliated with Uni Pune or Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
The university and institute have since become recognised universities under the UGC guidelines.

The School of Information Technology, Indira University is not a government college it is instead a private institute founded under the Indira University umbrella and is a part of the Indira Group of Institutes.
This university was founded in 2001 and 2002 as two separate institutes Indira College of Commerce and Indira College of Science which were merges in 2007 as the Indira College of Commerce and Science under the Shree Chanakya Education Society (SCES).
