The eligibility criteria is the required qualification for a student to become eligible for this course. Moreover, to be eligible, the aspirant should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 60% aggregate (54% for OBC/EWS and 57% for PwBD) and studied Mathematics subject are eligible to apply. Candidate must also hold the pass certificate and mark sheet at the time of admission for verification purposes.

Yes, SOL offer three-year Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) programme. For admission to this UG course, candidates' performance in Class 12 is taken into consideration. The course aspirants who meet the eligibility requirements can submit their application in online mode. Candidates can visit the DU SOL official website (sol.du.ac.in) to apply. For the course curriculum, students can get in touch with the admission office of the open learning school.

Candidates need to submit the required documents (original/scanned copies) during admission. The documents that students should keep handy at the time of form filling and admission are:

  • Duly filled application form
  • Bank draft of the admission confirmation fee
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (one for the application and another for the identity card)
  • Self-attested photocopy of Class 10 and 12 passing certificates
  • Original transfer certificate
  • Self-attested photocopy of the Reserve Category Certificate of the candidate (If any)
  • Original income certificate (BPL Ration Card)
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card

The total tuition fee for SOL BMS course is INR 6,000. This fee is calculated based on the first-year fee. Hence, the actual amount may vary. Moreover, some other fee components may also be added to the total fee. The application fee for BMS is INR 500 for unreserved/OBC and INR 250 for SC/ST/PwD category candidates.

No, DU SOL does not require students to submit any entrance test scores for admission to the BCom programme. Students are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria and submit an application form. The institute selects students based on their performance in the Class 12 examinations.
