There are two main reasons why BSc Computer Science is considered one of the toughest undergraduate programs: the first is learning a new language and the second reason is the computer Science subjects. To apply MSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering of Maynooth University, the applicants can apply online. The applicants are required to have an Honors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. An average grade of 60% or above is required. An English language proficiency score is also required. For admission to PG courses, an IELTS score of 6.5 / Duolingo test score of 120 / PTE score of 63 / TOEFL iBT of 90 can be submitted. Admission to B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh University is based on CUCET or JEE Main scores. Students with 60% or more in 10+2 (with Physics and Maths) are eligible. CU doesn't have a fixed cutoff, but a CUCET score above 30% is required, and for CSE, the expected rank cutoff is around 9,000. Scholarships are based on performance—those scoring 90%+ in CUCET get a 100% tuition fee waiver, and even 40–49.99% scorers receive INR 14,600 off the INR 1,46,000 fee.
