The candidates must be citizens of the State of Bihar or permanent residents thereof. Up to 85% of the available seats in a given degree programme will be filled through University Entrance or the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination; the remaining 15% of the seats will be filled by candidates chosen through the All India Competitive Test, which is administered by ICAR/VCI, New Delhi. You can or may not get admissions at the institute of Hotel Management,   Shimla. This is because admission is based on the rank. Admissions to B.Sc in Institute of Hotel Management, shimla depends on the National council for hotel management and catering technology or NCHMCT JEE exams.
