No, a student must score more than 75% in their class 12 inorder to qualify or be eligible to get admissions at the Saveetha Institute of Medical and technical Sciences. The student must write the entrance tests in their respective fields to qualify for the admissions. If the student wants to take Engineering, then they must qualify in the JEE exams. If they want to take a medical degree, then they need to write the NEET exams. It cannot be said that admissions would be given for 70 to 75%, as the admissions are based on the cutoff of the NEET and JEE exams. The cutoff changes yearly so the candidate must score high marks.
