Tution fee for B.Sc. i STAREX University is around 1.6L-3.9L, with the total including some more such as examination fees (and as per one's requirements) hostel and mess fees, with the average number going around 1.2L Per year for many students.So you must look at the expenses individually to decide whether you would have to spend some money there or not.

There's no definitive answer as one's preferences, location, budget, specialisation and other things also taken into consideration for choosing the best University.
Starex university has a bigger campus of 35 Acres, compard to IILM's 1.5 Acre
Starex university is cheaper than IILM with it's average fees being 1.6-3.9L whereas IILM is around 13.2L
The placements, future studying opportunities, Alumni status and all other things also play a role, so pick for yourselves which one would you like more.

A total of about 510 seats are available spread along various specialisations. 510 students can do B.Tech at Starex University. Most of the specializations having 60 as the number of seats and a total of 10 different specializations as of now. However there may be some changes as per the university's need and numbers might fluctuate a bit.

In my opinion, VIT Chennai is better than HIMT college because
- the highest salary placement in VIT Chennai is 75 LPA and the highest salary placement in HIMT College is 4 LPA.
- VIT has 2 coarses for B Sc. and HIMT has only one i.e Nautical Science.
- Total fees in VIT for B Sc. is 2.40 Lacs whereas in HIMT is 9.75 Lacs i.e VIT is cheaper.
- NAAC Accreditation for VIT is 'A+' and there is no NAAC Accreditation for HIMT.

To be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. programme at any College, students must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12th from a recognised board. The minimal CUET score necessary for admission to the B.Sc. programme at any College varies and based on the subject category .
If your cuet score is in between 350-700
Then you have a probability to get good collage.
For general amd OBC students the marks required is more rather than ST, SC students .
