No worries, Biology is absolutely not required for B.Sc Hons agriculture.  The required subjects are physics, chemistry and maths/biology.  Most of the colleges and universities in India ask for biology along with Physics and Chemistry as a subject in 10 + 2 class level to be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Science Agriculture. But there are some colleges and universities as well which don't ask for biology as a subject in 10+2 for being eligible for Bachelor of Science agriculture. The eligibility criteria of these colleges is to complete 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects. The candidate must have also secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate to be eligible for full admission. 

If you don't have biology you can take it as a deficiency course in the first year. For UG course, if you are a math student then opt for B.Tech in agriculture or diary technology. These are the popular course in ICAR. If you have biology/agriculture then go to B.Sc agri / fishery.
