The CBSE 12th percentage requirement for UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Delhi is unclear. Eligibility criteria for UG Diploma courses may differ; for example, Electrical/allied subject courses require Class 12 pass in Science or ITI after Class 10. Other UG Diploma courses may have varying criteria. Eligibility factors include year, course, level, and resource availability.

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Delhi doesn't hold entrance exams; admission depends on course-specific criteria. Cut-off schedules don't apply. For courses with qualifying exams, cut-off marks follow opening and closing ranks after admissions. NIT Delhi JEE Mains cutoff 2023 relies on these ranks, and NIT Delhi GATE cutoff for ST category considers GATE exam scores.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College accepts admissions only on the basis of CUET scores. There is no direct admission in Delhi University colleges. If one has scored less or more, their admissions will be confirmed only when the cut offs are out for different courses and colleges. Even though it also depends on the category. No one can get any direct admission in Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College and any other government college. If possible student have to score 480 out of 800 to get admission here. 200 is not a good score for Deen Dayal College.

A decrease in the cutoff rank typically indicates that it has become somewhat less competitive to secure admission to medical courses at the institute.

This college accepts CUET (Common University Entrance Test) which was earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test.
