At the UG level, the University offers BVoc and two integrated programmes in the field of Vocation, Science and Education. The duration of integrated programmes is five years, whereas BVoc has a course duration of three years. At the PG level, it offers six programmes, namely MA, MSc, MTech, MBA, MEd and MA/ MSc. The duration of PG programmes is two years, consisting of four semesters.

The Central University of Jammu will release several merit lists based on the candidate's performance in the CUET examination.
Central University of Jammu cutoff 2025 has been released for the round 1. The cutoff has been released for admission to BTech and BTech Integrated courses, on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quotas. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 62430 and 72614. The most desired course among the General AI category candidates was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. Similarly, the least desirable specialisation turned out to be B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Avionics).

At Central University of Jammu, you cannot enroll in a BA programme without choosing a specific subject or specialization. CUJ offers for BA admission only in honours degree. CUJ offers B.A programme in these subjects
