Institute Of Engineering & Science IPS Academy Indore is an Autonomous engineering education institution under UGC guidelines, located at Indore city beside NH-3 in Madhya pradesh state, India. Both are more or less top private engineering college affiliated to Rgpv in Indore. There are around 25 engineering colleges which are affiliated to Rgpv. IPS and AITR are best two out of them. So interms of overall performance both end up pretty same. IPS Academy, Indore and Indore Institute of Management and Research as they offer different courses and have different areas of expertise. Over 40 organizations visited the campus for recruitment, and Vignan University had over 1800 offers made to the candidates.
The top recruiters are TCS, Amazon, Accenture, and many others who have participated in Vignan’s University placement drive programme. In the placement drive of 2020, out of 381 students, 285 students were placed in the ECE department, and out of 48 students, 34 students were placed in the EEE department. In the placement drive of 2019, 1319 students were recruited by 143 companies under Applied Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Information Technology/Management Studies.

Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (VFSTR) University offers many undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs in the field of Science and technology. The criteria for admission for these programs depend on the course you are choosing. The Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research offers many good courses in management, science, and technology. Due to their good placement rate, MBA and PGDM programs are excellent for management. BTech programme, the placement rate, and the average package of placement is also good. The university also provides undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the area of technology, computer, and business administration. The university is ranked 111 in the engineering category of NIRF Ranking 2021 and offers 67 courses at UG, PG, and PhD levels.
