You fail in any three of subjects i.e physics, chemistry, biology make you unable to sit in NEET exam if you have to give a NEET exam you have to score minimum 50% in all three subjects.

Yes you can and it's better to got 7.6 sgpa. But you have to clear these papers and got a acceptable Mark's to get admisson in M.Sc chemistry in open university. But all said, University would at your overall profile and academic performance.

Yes, CCS University, Meerut is approved by ICAR for providing B.Sc in agricultureandd also providing M.Sc in agriculture so you can do M.Sc agriculture from CCS University.

It is scheduled after the completion of JEE exam and after the result is declared. Then cut off of particular college is available on the JEE official website .
On the other hand, you can learn more about the academy by visiting their official website.
