Yes it beneficial to have CSIR NET exam after doing graduation in BA course.It is very beneficial to do M.Sc from MCM college also.

I understand that you're interested in pursuing B.Sc. Agriculture in central universities. I'm not sure if you can take admission with 283 marks in CUET exam. You can check the official website of the university you're interested in to see their admission requirements. 283 marks in CUET exam is a good score. Rank of 23910 in TS EAMCET is good, and you have a good chance of getting a veterinary seat in a government college. However, it is important to note that the cutoff for veterinary seats varies from year to year, so it is difficult to say for sure whether you will get a seat.
In 2022, the cutoff for veterinary seats in government colleges in Telangana was around 20,000. However, the cutoff is expected to be lower in 2023, due to the increase in the number of seats.

The Central University of Odisha, Koraput, charges the following tuition for its Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Anthropology programme:
Tuition fee: INR 2,000
Hostel fee: INR 13,200
One-time payment: INR 4,520
Students must pay the following fees at the time of admission: Rs. 600 for the admission fee, Rs. 60 for the identity card fee, Rs. 600 for the library caution money (refundable), Rs. 60 for the university magazine fee, Rs. 1000 for the corpus fund, and Rs. 1000 for the laboratory fee (for M.Sc. programmes).

The Central University of Odisha, Koraput requires applicants for admission to the Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Anthropology programme to hold a Bachelor's degree in Science or the Arts with a minimum of 50% overall from an accredited university or institution.
