It depends on the university. If you wanna get into the top university then this may affect your profile but an average university may not consider it much.                                                            If you want to be a part of a good university then try to strengthen your profile.

I hate to break the fact but as per your percentile your rank into government college have a very low chances although I can suggest few colleges but I think the chances is a little less in this competitive world.

To know about the list of colleges I would suggest to use rank predictor

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology has a two-step admissions procedure for its B.E. in Food Technology program. Candidates must first show up for the JEE Main test. They must then take part in the JoSAA counseling session. The requirements for admission change depending on the candidate's category. A minimum cumulative percentage of 55% is necessary for general category students in both class 10 and class 12. Candidates for SC/ST, however, must succeed.

Results from the NEET test are used to determine admission for all BVSc seats. The BVSc cutoff varies from institution to college and is also influenced by things like the number of applications, the level of exam difficulty, and the number of seats available. It could be difficult to get a place in a government institution for BVSc with a NEET score of 366 and a rank of 285484. You could still be able to enroll at private universities, though. Maintaining your choices open by submitting applications to several universities is usually a smart idea.
