Yes, all candidates who have cleared their Class 12 board exams can apply for admissions into the BBA courses at Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University. The stream of a candidate is not a factor as students of all streams are eligible for Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University BBA courses. However, students must secure an aggregate of 48% minimum to be eligible for admissions into Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University.

Admission to the majority of HNBGU's undergraduate, graduate, and integrated programs is currently determined by a candidate's score on the NTA-conducted CUET entrance exam. After receiving a valid CUET result, candidates must participate in an online counseling session run by HNBGU.

The four-year B.Sc nursing programme has the following syllabus:
Early semesters cover basic themes which includes anatomy, body structure, nutrition, psychology, microbiology, nursing basis.
