To be eligible to get admission to Charotar University of Science and Technology for BSc, candidates must ensure that they have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board. The shortlisting of candidates is based on their performance in the last qualifying exam. Candidates can check out the following table for more information:

|---|---|
| BSc in IT | Candidates should have passed Class 12 CBSE/ICSE/State Board or any other equivalent board with Science Stream (A, B, or AB Group) with a minimum aggregate of 50%. |
| Nursing | Pass Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate marks in PCB subjects (according to INC). |
MT/ MIT/ OT and AT | Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB subjects. Any student within/outside Gujarat. |
| Chemistry/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology | Pass Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55% in PCM/B subjects. Any student within/outside Gujarat. |
