The GBPUAT Cutoff is based on the total number of applicants who appear for the exam. The difficulty level of the exam and the final round is merit-based. The merit list of the GBPUST exam is based on the total marks scored by students. 

There are many ways to be able to qualify for the GBPUAT Entrance exam. 

• Try to cover the syllabus of classes 10 and 12.
• There are 200 MCQs type questions. 
• Focus on practising mock tests, OMR Sheets and past year papers of the GBPUAT Exam. 
• Make a timetable as per your daily schedule and follow it daily. 

There are a total of 200 MCQs in the GBPUAT exam. The exam consists of 600 marks. For every right answer, students get 3 marks, and for an incorrect answer, one mark is deducted. 

The Pantnagar entrance exam is of 3 hours, and the exam language is Hindi and English. 

As per the official portal dates published last year, the UPCATET Exam 2026 is tentative to be held in June 2026. The dates will be out on the official portal. Those who wish to appear for the exam must complete the application process. 

UPCATET is a mandatory exam for students who wish to get admission to government agriculture universities in Uttar Pradesh.
There are many agricultural universities that accept UPCATET scores for UG and PG courses.

The UPCATET Exam centres are assigned based on the student's preference. When a student fills out the application form, they get to choose the examination centre close to where they reside.

 The exam officials check out the availability of the exam centre and mostly assign the preferred exam centre to the exam takers.

Every year, the UPCATET cutoff differs based on different factors.

• Students must score high in their group PCB, PCM, PAG, and PHS.
• Merit‑based using the 800 mark system.
• Thecutoff is released after the result is out on the portal for all categories.

To crack UPCATET in first attempt, students must follow these tips.

• NCERT Class 11 and 12 books for UPCATET Preparation because the syllabus is based on them. 
• Try to solve the MCQs daily.  
• Practice OMR sheets
• Also, include mock tests and revise your notes on a daily basis. 
• Finish the high‑weight topics sooner. 

There are a total of 200 MCQs in the UPCATET exam, so the total UPCATET score is 800 marks.
For each right answer, students get 4 marks, and for every wrong answer, they get minus one mark. The UPCATET exam is conducted in offline OMR mode.

IISER 2026 application form was released on March 5, 2026. IIT Bombay has activated the registration link on the website, iiseradmission.in. Students who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria can apply online.
