Definitely Yes, you can apply for Msc in Microbiology after BMLT.
For better job opportunites i would suggest you to pursue 3 years MSc in Medical Microbiology as it has self empolyement opportunities as well.
But you may have to fall under some eligibility requirements that is:
1) A bechelor's degree in a relevant subject such as microbiology and biology.
2) You must have a minimum marks of 55% in your BMLT

As you are an 11th class commerce student, yes you can become an astronaut or study astronomy. It's not very late as you are in 11th only. So to get into the field of astronomy, you are adviced to change your subject in 12th only so that you do not face any problem in pursuing Bachelor's in astronomy. After that you can complete Masters in fields like MSc Astronomy etc. So yes, you still have chances of becoming an astronaut.

Yes, you can definitely apply in DSSSB for PGT biology if you have completed your M.Sc in biotechnology. The basic eligibility requirements are that you need to have a Masters degree from a recognised university in the relevant subject, which you are already having. The normal age limit generally ranges between 21 and 36 years, if you have any reserved category certificate you may get relaxation in that. A 2-3 year teaching experience is very much desirable to get the job easily. You can apply for the PGT Biology post online through the DSSSB website.
