A valid score on national, state, or university-level entrance exams is required for admission to the majority of DTU courses. However, entrance to a few undergraduate and graduate programs is contingent on the students' merit scores from their most recent academic and selection rounds. CUET (PG) results are accepted by Delhi Technological University (DTU) for admission to its Master of Science (MSc) programmes.

The DMLT course is manageable for students who have a general knowledge of biology and chemistry. The subject matter is primarily focused on laboratory methodology, sample testing, and diagnostic procedures.

This programme also strikes a reasonable balance of theory and practical training. In fact, this programme tends to be much more practical training than book work. With regular study habits and good attendance during lab sessions, most average students can be very successful and build a good base for future healthcare careers.
