Yes, you can still get in to a regular courses like BCA even if you take compartment exams. Many colleges and universities will accept a student who has taken compartment examinations as long as they meet the prerequisites for the course. The eligibility criteria to get admission to BTech through CUET in India are as follows:
Students must have completed their Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks.
Students must secure 45-50% marks in Class 12 or an equivalent examination to be eligible for the CUET exam.
There are about 150+ B Tech colleges in India that accept CUET scores for admission. Out of which, 153 colleges are privately owned, 25 colleges are owned by public/government organizations and public-private entities own 1 college.

Hey Prince, B.Sc Computer Science with only English might be difficult in Delhi/near .
As B.Sc Computer Science offer Mathematics as but not with English.
