Many colleges and universities will accept a student who has taken compartment examinations as long as they meet the prerequisites for the course. The eligibility criteria to get admission to BTech through CUET in India are as follows:

Students must have completed their Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks.

Students must secure 45-50% marks in Class 12 or an equivalent examination to be eligible for the CUET exam.

There are about 150+ B Tech colleges in India that accept CUET scores for admission. Out of which, 153 colleges are privately owned, 25 colleges are owned by public/government organizations and public-private entities own 1 college.

It is true that Chitkara School of Health Sciences offers a refund policy on fees

As per college info, if an application for withdrawal is made on or before the commencement of the session, fees will be refunded in full, even they an amount of INR 1,000 for processing charges and INR 2,500 for counseling fees.
 
The school will submit a refund request to the payment gateway service for any technical problems, such as double payments or payment deductions that do not reach the school's account. It should take the payment gateway service 7 to 10 working days to credit the payer's account with the money.
