Hi Shubham,
Universities abroad have their individual scholarship schemes which are mostly based on merit. Applicants are generally considered for a scholarship by default at the time of admissions. The better your profile is higher are the chances. However, there are also some organizations offering funds like Aga Khan Foundation, Fullbright Nehru Scholarship, etc.

Of course not, because the exam dates will clash. However, you can pursue them together at your own risk.

Hi Shubham,
The best is a matter of personal choice. You have to know your likes and dislikes, know your career priorities and decide accordingly. Options for you include a MS in physics if you want a research oriented career in this subject. You may also look for MS programmes in more specialised fields like astronomy, transport design, etc.

Your CGPA is good. Your school should not stop you from taking science stream. Try to talk to them. If you have a good GP in science and maths then I don't think that they will stop you.
