Biology is not a mandatory requirement for B.Tech Food Technology degree courses. For example in Amity University, the eligibility criteria for B.Tech (Food Tech) 4-year degree programme is 10+2 level of education with physics, chemistry and maths / biology.

You can do MBA in various streams like Marketing, HR, International Business, IT, etc as per your interests and career goals. But see to it that you pursue MBA only from the reputed colleges, else there's no point in doing it from an average/below-average college.
