Three-year degree programs are not mostly accepted by Canadian universities. Also, MS programs are very selective. You can check the university websites for the entry requirements. I will suggest you check other countries such as Australia, New Zealand, UK etc where 3-year degree programs are accepted.

It is really a good decision as many students are going for engineering so there is to much crowd in this field. So, it is good decision to do this you get job easily after hard labour.
