There are number of ways through which you can join army in true sense. B.Sc or B.Tech dent really matter if you want to join army as an officer but not in technical field. For joining army the main eligibility is to have 10+2 scheme with science. You can join NCC through which you can join army. Or you can join directly any army academy by giving their respective entrance exam on the basis of 10+2 (science).
Good to see a girl interested in joining army. I hope your dream comes true.

After completing B.Sc in Zoology, you can look for M.Sc in Zoology/Applied Zoology. You can also try for courses in diverse areas like software or management. MCA degree is a good option for B.Sc students. If you have a flair for management, look for MBA or PGDM program. Short term courses in software offered by institutes like GNIIT or Oracle will be useful.

B.Sc Agriculture is an under graduate three year course which deals with the study of fundamental principles of agriculture whereas B.Tech in Agriculture is a professional course of four years which deals with the study of engineering principles of agriculture. The reputation of the job profiles and also the remuneration of the B.Tech in Agriculture graduate are better than that of a B.Sc Agriculture graduate. The job opportunities available for a B.Tech in Agriculture graduate are comparatively better than that of a B.Sc Agriculture graduate.
