You may pursue PGDM in Plantation management from Indian Institute of Plantation Management Bangalore. The eligibility is mentioned below:
- The minimum qualification for admission is a Bachelors Degree from a recognised university or institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC, ST and Persons with Disability) in agricultural and allied sciences or any other discipline. NRI /PIO / Foreign students can also apply.

Since you are not interested in doing B.Tech, you are only left with B.Sc in physics. You can do the same from Delhi University, BHU or Maulana Azad College-Kolkata.

The question that you have asked is very difficult to answer. I understand that you are in need to study as per your financial conditions, but you will have to tell us your educational background and your interest so that we can guide you accordingly.
