If you are a Science graduate then you can go for B.Tech. It is related to physics. Also you can go for B.Sc in Physics but B.Tech has more career options and growth as compared to B.Sc.

according to Google:
Theoretical differences : M.Tech/ME is a strictly 2 year course, where as MS may go beyond 2 years. M.Tech /ME has more coursework than project work, in MS coursework is minimal and large chunk of credits allotted to thesis. For example, in IISc, M.Tech/ME students take 12-16 courses whereas MS students take 3/4 courses.
