For Eligibility at MBBS in Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks. For candidates belonging to reserved categories, the minimum is 40%. They also need to qualify for NEET UG and should be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the year in which they are to join, should have a valid CBSE or State Board Class XII scorecard; and, on that scorecard, must obtain a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination.

Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology Its fee structure varies course by course. For the MBBS program, the total comes around 75 lakhs. The BDS fee comes around 11 lakhs. Fees for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy Program are around 3.2 lakhs. For Master programs like M.Sc, its fees are in between 1.2 lakhs to 3 lakhs. Apart from that, a scholarship and forms of financial aid are given to students who can help fund costs in their education through the university.

Most of the institutes do not have a proper syllabus set for their entrance examinations. Some of the expected topics are mentioned below:

  • Biomolecules: structure, organization, and role
  • Cell Structure and function
  • Cell Signalling
  • Immunology
  • Genetics
  • Animal and Plant Physiology
  • Ecology

It is not very tough to take MSc Zoology exams. The entrance examinations cover the material taught in the graduation level of B.Sc. Zoology program. So, candidates holding bachelor's in zoology can clear it only by studying their course topics.

No, students cannot be admitted to Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences without undergoing entrance exams. The students have to take entrance exams for the respective fields and have to pass those appearing for admission. If a student wishes to take admission in engineering, she/he must take entrance exams like JEE Mains. In the case of those students who wish to take admission for medicine, they must take entrance examinations like NEET. There are some courses other than medical or technical that require separate courses that do not require an entrance exam, such as B.Sc, BA, etc. Hence there would be no entrance exams
