Hi
There are two routes to do that.
1. Appear for CDS to join army as an officer.
2. Go for JCO (Junior commissioned officer) catering science recruitment.
You will get all the required info here.

Ofcourse, goes without saying. Every country has their own education system, recognized by other countries. However yes the degree granting institution must be accredited by the respective accreditation boards.

You cannot possibly pursue an UG degree after you complete your masters. Also you must complete your bachelor before you could apply for masters. These are standard norms followed universally.

It totally depends upon your interest. If you are interested into the subject you must go for it. It's always better to do what you want to do than what others want you to do. Go through the subject topics and also know about other streams also go through its topics, BT has wide scope into science researches, so if you feel pull towards it, go ahead.
All the best! :)
