Hi Yash, majority universities in US require 16 years education that is four year bachelor degree. You can also meet this requirement by adding a one year PG Diploma course. Please check US New Ranking for the best universities in US for masters degree. You must take the GRE and TOEFL. Since eligibility requirement differ do visit university website for exact and updated information.

Hey Gowtham,
If you have done or going to do B.Tech(Mech) than you should be going with M.Tech as it will give you more opportunities than M.Sc. Also M.Tech is considered to be more job oriented than M.Sc. After M.Tech you can choose teaching profile, corporate profile or even research work. So in my opinion M.Tech will be a better option. Suggesting some universities -

Yes ! Shyam you can go for MSC-IT after BCA. look for IIIT's ,LPU, SRM etc. They have very good placement record. At IIIT and LPU it is very affordable if you are a good student in your graduation.

If interested in Research go for JRF. Else apply for MBA and look for a corporate job. You must already be aware about JRF be science fellow. for MBA look for good colleges, IIM's, IIT's, NIT's Lovely Professional University, Symbiosis etc. Major point to llok is campus placement placement. Best of Luck.
