To be more specific for your query, it is not worthy. If you are willing to make a career in acting and modeling through distance mode, I would like to say certain points:
(#) If you are very much aware of the current Bollywood conditions and trends, you don't need to be much qualified. On screen, what matters is your acting skills and how you present yourself. These qualities and skills cannot be generated from obtaining the certificates. These are generated through regular practice and on-stage demonstration. So, you don't have to go for any advance certificate in film and modeling course.
(#) If you think that getting the certificates is extremely important for you. Then you may. But don't go for distance learning mode. These are the certificates which give you quality, skills. And you can never master any skills while sitting at home. So do only through regular mode.

I would not suggest you to go for a distance degree in fashion business management. Even if you will learn the theoretical part, you will have no knowledge about the practical. Fashion management is the art of taking a designer's vision from paper to the runway to the racks and, eventually, into the wardrobes of customers around the world. The programme gives students a deeper understanding of the business of fashion and what it takes to create successful fashion products.
One thing that can be done is if you are already into the system somehow, you can then pursue a distance course so as to get an official degree and become a professional individual.

You can pursue a Diploma or a certificate while pursuing a Bachelor of textiles. Textile design forms the core of the entire business of fashion. For getting admission in BJMC, I will vote for IIMT. This is the best college in Uttar Pradesh for making the career in journalism and mass communication. Apart from the good infrastructure (like state of the art library, fully Wi-Fi enabled campus to facilitate the students for study material accessibility, transport for almost complete NCR, hostel facility and much more), cultural activities (like club activity, annual fest, sports competition, debate and intra-college festival), they do have a very good model for BJMC students. As a real-time projects, they do make videos, short films, documentaries) to showcasing the talent they have. This gives you more advantage when you go for the campus placement interview in any media or journalism company. Hence my advice would be to go with IIMT College for Journalism and Mass Communication course.
