Well, again distance learning program would get you a qualification for namesake, as that degree or Diploma doesn't have any practical implications. The Bar Council of India does not recognize it and so do the UGC doesn't not consider it at par with regular or even private courses.
The distance learning is available through many institutions in India, but that won't serve you results in real.
Also, you would not be treated as a law graduate for purpose of any civil services exams or government exams, unless you have another degree which is regular and recognized by UGC.

Hello,
After completing Ph.D in the field of Law, you are directly entitled to approach in any private or government Law College for the post of Assistant Professor. For such, you need not to clear National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC). After completing your Masters in Law that is, LLM, you have no additional job benefits compared to a LLB degree holder except academics. Both, LLB and LLM students can apply for any Government job (PSU) like BANK, RAIL etc. But, now a days, most of the Public Sector Units as well as Private companies, prefer LLM candidates. So, if you are a LLM degree holder, then you will be preferred over LLB degree holders. Many companies hire legal officers having LLM degree.
The sole benefit of LLM is academics. LLM will open the gateway for academics. If you have cleared LLM, then you can easily apply in any private law colleges for the pos

B.Ed is better than NTT or Basic Teaching Training. It will open more avenues and broad avenues for you. If you have done B.Ed, you can go from pre-primary to senior but with NTT or BTC, you are only eligible for primary section. So, B.Ed is better.

Hindustani Prachar Sabha in Mumbai was apparently formed by Mahatma Gandhi at about the time of Independence of India. It's an NGO with an aim of promoting what it considers as Hindustani. It dishes out many courses about Hindustani in Urdu, Braille and in general promoting its objective. It makes no claim that its courses are recognised by UGC. It's just that students must know that it's a one year programme 'Hindi Vidwan' and is equivalent to BA.

Hi,
B.Ed course was last altered in 2014. After that Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses have not really seen any big change which is not a good thing. Changing or modification is necessary for better development of the world. As the competition level goes higher so changing the course is a quite better decision. This promises that our future teachers learn the better way of teaching, how to express better in front of students and how to motivate them. If they are trained according to the new trends then they would give right education to the students which would really be helpful.

Well, there is no age limit as such fixed as of now, as the earlier upper age bar was lifted by the Supreme Court on a PIL filed by 2 aspirants.
However, there is an upper age bar on judicial services exam, which differs from state to state for instance, in UP the upper age limit is 35 years while in Haryana it is 40 years.
And, for Delhi also it may be fixed to 32 years most probably.
So, you do not have any age limit to do LLb, but if you aim at judiciary, then you have to make sure to complete the degree within the age limits of judicial services exams of a respective state you look for.
However, you may choose to appear for Higher Judi

Well this a mistaken idea that majority of law colleges are located in U.P. U.P, being a huge state, it has an advantage of having a number of institutes owing to available land. As there are many states which has a number of law schools for example Gujarat apart from GNLU, has Siddhartha Law college, Auro University Of Law, Institute of Law, Nirma University, United Global World School Of Law, RN Patel school of Law and many more. Thus, it is not the case that UP has majority of law schools as every state has a number of Law schools and universities.
