The Hospitality industry is one for the safest industries to work for. To begin with, there is a very high level of security in any well-known hotel and the government requires hotels to take down all personal details of all its patrons before giving them a room or any service. This psychology also would stop patrons from committing any crimes against the workers or staff of the hotel. Usually, hotels hiring female staff are luxurious big brand hotels and their level of security is way more than other normal hotels.

MCA through distance mode is valid but not worthy as it is a technical course and you need to attend regular classes for better learning and labs for practical work. If you merely want degree then you can go for a distance mode MCA but if you want to do job and want better career growth then you should do MCA through regular mode. You will find many good colleges for Regular MCA. Regular has more value than distance mode.

I don't believe in such stereotypes, courses are not gender based. The scope of the MBA in HR is a totally demanding career. As you know, HR is the most crucial part of any organisation/company. Another most important factor which determine your growth is the university or college you are pursuing MBA. As LPU alumni, I would recommend MBA from LPU as they have variety of industry oriented courses. LPU is known for its MBA.
