The best way to learn CCNA is to enrol on a course. There are so many institutes in India that provide CCNA certification to their students. Some institutes also provide you with CCNA certification online and you can study CCNA from your home. You can choose between institutes like Koenig Solutions, Udemy because these have an international teaching background and have officially partnered with Cisco.
